Spotted Today. Argyll Sea Glass necklace and earring sets and a bracelet.

Updated: Jun 13

On my twitter trawl I came across these beautiful wire wrapped Sea Glass creations handmade by Marie. What is Sea Glass? It is usually Glass bottles that have been broken up and worn down by the movement of the Sea. They are otherwise known as mermaid tears. I prefer the second explanation personally.

These frosted olive coloured mermaid tears have been beautifully wrapped to match the shape of the Sea Glass pieces. They make a lovely matching set of necklace and earrings.

And if green is not your colour, how about this frosted aqua blue set. These are my personal favourites but don't let me sway your choice.

And this gorgeous bracelet could be yours too. I love how the 4 pieces of mermaid tears are laid out.

All are made with Sea Glass that has been found on the shores around the Argyll area of Scotland and wrapped in nickel free silver plated wire, and mounted onto silver plated necklaces, ear wires and bracelets.

They are all limited edition pieces, as the Glass pieces, sorry, I mean mermaid tears, are very individual and not man made. So don't hang around if you see a set that you love. Shop them via the link below.
